J.R. Sauder

J.R. and his wife have been Zionsville residents for nearly 20 years. They have four daughters, two attend Zionsville West Middle School, one at Stonegate Elementary and one is still at home.

J.R. is currently Senior Vice President at Creative Bus Sales leading corporate strategy, acquisitions and integration and the corporate finance function. He previously held leadership roles in Sales and Finance at BraunAbility and for ten years successfully ran his own Investment Fund with a business partner.

J.R. and his wife, Tiffany, are actively involved in the Indianapolis business community as investors, mentors and board members. J.R. earned a Bachelors degree in Economics from Princeton University.

Kristen Hoerr

Kristen Hoerr lives in Zionsville with her husband, Nick, and their 3 young children. Their oldest daughter attends Zionsville Schools, with the younger 2 eagerly anticipating becoming Zionsville Eagles.

Kristen is currently a full-time stay-at-home mom and volunteers weekly with her youngest kids at Heartchange, an organization serving Indianapolis mothers and children in crisis. Previously, Kristen was a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Indianapolis, specializing in working with families, adults and teens struggling with anxiety. Kristen has long been an advocate for education, viewing it as a way to elevate individuals and communities out of poverty, both locally and internationally.

Kristen has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Purdue University and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Neil Banwart, CFA

Neil and his wife Leann are Zionsville residents and have three children currently in the Zionsville Community Schools.  Their oldest daughter is at Zionsville West Middle School and they have a daughter and son at Eagle Elementary.  Neil is currently employed as a Program Director.  He has held several finance, treasury and investment roles in his career including service as the CFO of a small private equity fund. Neil earned a Bachelor's in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and an MBA from Bradley University. He is a CFA Charter holder and serves as the President of the CFA Society of Indianapolis.
